Not to hijack the thread or anything but, Elway, I asked in a different thread but I'll ask again. Which island are you going to? My son lives on Kauai.

I swear to all that's holy... if they make me watch any game other than the Steelers again (living here in PA), I'm going postal. There's no excuse. Nobody in this area gives 2 figs about Denver.

(It looks like we'll get the Steeler game, but it's close)

The internet is my friend, as usual. I only see them on tv if its Monday night, Thursday night, or Sunday night. Even then on the Monday and Thursday games, I only see the 1st half because of my working hours.

They moved the bengals game becasue they did not want the other late games to know the results since the results of the bengals game will have a bearing on their playoffs status ..... they were forced to move the Steelers game because if the Steelers lost (LOL) then the ravens would not have to play their starters and the NFL did not want them to lay down and give the game to bengals.

It must be because the AFC West is still up for grabs so the ratings would be higher for the AFCW games than a game between one team who is in and one who is out. Not that I give a crap about Den/KC but overall it seems to be the bigger draw. I'm a little surprised that Balt/Cincy isn't getting more air time since Cincy is still in the hunt for the last wildcard. They win, they're in and it looks like a fun game to watch.

Makes sense, but still, why did they move our game to 4:15 pm then? I'm starting to think they just wanted us out of the way at 1 pm so they could also get our areas as a Jets/Miami audience?

They moved the Ravens/Bengals game so they would be playing at the same time as most of the other possible playoff teams. Then they moved the Steelers game, because the outcome could effect how the Ravens game plan.

AMEN to this. However, this will be my last year with the ticket. Can't afford another year. Thank goodness a Steelers bar is only about 2 miles away! I still get to see all the games and can enjoy some wings and the company of like-minded Steelers fans in Stains territory on Sundays.
