I had to run it through my Smart TV internet to get the same picture I normally get as Firestick TV picture was garbage, so I couldn't access my speakers in the ceiling. No worries, not everyone likes same things. Enjoy.

I didn't hate my first game experience with YT but not as good as Dtv. Sure do like price a helluva lot better, that's for sure.

Well, I’m not sure your issue is with YouTubeTV, but rather with YouTube as the provider for Sunday Ticket for those who don’t subscribe to YTTV. I can’t speak the YT experience, but like Glenn, the quality of the experience for me watching on YTTV was terrific. It was probably the best picture I’ve ever had for non-4k programming. I watch on an AppleTV 4k.

Are you not able to plug your speakers directly to your TV and use them that way?

The speakers are built into the celing. Zone 1 is above me and Zone 2 is in the kitchen, zone three out on the back porch.

I never did any such thing. I was merely interested in why you thought DTV was so much better given the fact that I had DTV and ST for over 20 years and switched to YTV this year and did not see any glaring issues.

In my case, DTV did NOT switch over to streaming when the weather was bad. As I said, I never could get the on demand function to work and that was with DTV's tech support trying to figure out the issue for years. Many forums reported the same issue I was having, so it just was not me. Frankly, I am glad you love DTV. As I stated, I did too until ATT took over and ruined it for me. The lack of DVR'ing multiple games is irrelevant to me and not to mention that I do not have to pay extra for equipment is a big deal. I went thru 3 dishes all set up by myself, wired my house for DTV, and had extra clients along with their DVR. It was nice but it got to pricey. Yes, I got discounts and such but that became a pain having to call every 6 months and feeling like I had to beg to get my bill reduced. For me, it simply came down to 2 issues. One, they lost ST and secondly, my bill was over 150 bucks a month compared with YTV at 75. So, I have no equipment to deal with and I am paying half the price. This is a win for me. Of course, you mileage may differ. Should I also add that adding the 4k option just takes a click on my Ytube account whereas I need extra equipment if I opted for 4k with DTV. So far, I can't complain about YTV. I can live with the differences and my wallet appreciates it too.
