Burns strength is man to man coverage, at least coming out of college.... So why do they put him in position to have to read the Field in those soft zones! Makes him even worst than he already is! He's a target on every whiteboard in the league.

 

An amazing series followed by an absolutely horrific follow-up. Hard to know what to expect. One thing you DON'T expect is playing prevent BEHIND the goal line.....even if Burns expected him to go post, you're backing up 4 yards deep in the end zone. If he gets behind you 8 yards deep, he's going to have a problem coming down inbounds. Someone needs to explain to him what happens once the play goes past the goal line....

 

Another Tomlin enigma. Like 1st quarter 2 pt conversions, he goes 'on a feeling'
