Cmon, RPO, you don't think it's appropriate to recognize a deficiency and take steps to improve it?

"Never a losing season" is my battle cry in defending Coach T too, but the trend exists. Can't blame people for seeing it.

I don’t love any coach. The variation in coaching is minuscule in comparison to talent and execution.

Blaming coaching is an excuse for football dopes

Then please explain the dramatic turnaround of the Pittsburgh Penguins when they canned their regular season champ of a coach for one who got them over the hump. I know this a football forum obviously but think this is a very good analogy. Coaching and schematics obviously do matter a whole lot more than what you are claiming.

You're not at practice either and you're personal favoritism toward Tomlin is just as dumb. You can't even acknowledge there may be flaws at practice.

Wrong. I don’t make assumptions. I derive my opinion from what happens on the field.

I don’t think Mitchell drops an INT because of oractice.

I don’t think Martavis/Ben just miss on a big play because Tomlin isn’t doing his job

I can see the difference between a lack of preparation and a lack of execution.

I’ll watch the all 22 tape tomorrow and understand better if we failed in preparation, but there were no glaring indications of that during live play

The realization in all this is we the Fans have alot of power even more than Goodell or the owners. Boycott games don't buy NFL merchandise hit them in the pocket I know it's a long shot because other than Football some fans have no lifes. But it would really open some eyes as to stop using the sport politically because there's no place for it.:flag:

oh please enlighten us football dopes...

you must have all access to see the behind the scenes preparation. So tell me, when the players don't execute on the field is it because they are not prepared during the week or is it jitters or are they just not good enough?

    This times X10.

Mike Sullivan is wide!y credited for taking a group of underachievers and turning them into back to back and defending Stanley Cup Champions. He adjusted the style of play to fit the players he had, and GMJR was able to work with Sully and augment the lineup with players that fit the quick, puck rushing style Sully implemented.

I am watching NSC and Chris Hoke, who played for Tomlin said it appears to him as if this team is not prepared. Do the players share blame? Yes. Is lack of prep all their fault? No way.

Happy to talk about any play in particular

Before watching the all 22, the big failed plays today had nothing to do with prep

Ben missing the easy 3rd down crosser is all Ben

Vince Williams missed tackles have nothing to do with Oreo, and are nothing more than individual failures

Prep shows up when playcalls are blown, not when players fail to make their designed play.

Chickillo losing contain because he presses the wrong gap, is a preparation failure. Vincing whiffing when he fills the correct gap is a players fault
