Well if we lose three more games than the 2 seed is for sure gone. Theres no way in hell this team is going into Foxboro anf KC snd winning both.

The Steelers are going to have to beat somebody good to win the division. They are going to have to beat the Chargers, Patriots or Saints. If they can't beat one of those teams, it is a waste of time going to the playoffs, anyway.

On the positive side, Baltimore still has to play the Chiefs and Chargers, so their road isn't easy, either.

Let’s just blame it on the high altitude. On to the next game.

Agree...To a point...Overcame ALL the bad turnovers, and dumb plays but...But the play calling at the end was atrocious...Still had a chance, a GREAT chance to tie...The players AND COACHES, Have equal blame in this dumb ass game!

Steele's could have done better to hold the ball, but they both got hit hard in the open field. Can you name one time when one of the Steeler’s DB laid someone out like that?

Ben just choked that one away with stupidity. But the real issue is Conner. That dude has been awful the past 2 games. If he kicks it outside on 2nd down there it’s a walk in TD. If he doesn’t fumble it’s probably a different ending.

They really need to start giving a lot more plays to Samuel and Ridley. Conner has lost his confidence and I think we all got suckered into thinking he was better than he is.

Yeah. Including play calling. This is a passing league. But we are going to need to find a way to be more balanced. Passing the ball 50+ times is rarely a winning strategy.

One of the biggest things I take from this game is the need for a dependable 3rd WR. You can talk all you want about the 3rd WR not having that big of a role with this O but I think today clearly showed that it could make a big difference. Washington is lost. It's time to give someone more than one game to make a impact. I would throw it to DHB before Washington at this point. I don't think we necessarily need a outside receiver. AB is getting opportunities as is JUJU. Use DHB for some deep shots for now. We need a more reliable route runner and set of hands right now. Start Eli practicing and see what he has to offer. If he isn't what he was just let him go. Something needs to be done.....

Conner ran it very well, then they played Haley football, stopped giving it to him, called timeouts and threw two picks.

They had a couple of big hits today, including one on 82 on a pass setting up the third touchdown.

The defender didn't hit Conner near the ball. I don't know what you were watching. He should have wrapped it with two hands as he was about to make contact. The same is true of Grimble.

This game could have (should have) been a big win blowout, which is a promising slant on things. Grimble TD, Washington TD, a few other big plays, and this a walk in the park.

I hold my breath everytime a ball is thrown to DHB. His hands are stones.

I agree. Washington didn't need to dive for that ball. They need to get someone else in there. I like the kid but, right now he seems to be overwhelmed.

Actually, Roethlisberger is always good about this. When they lose, he almost always points the finger at himself first.

Switzer has been solid as a third. When AB and Juju are covered, Switzer has been pretty dependable.
