Mason needs a security blanket. Much like Ben did those years ago with Heath, Mason needs one. Should any of the semblance of the connection that both Mason and Nick still be present, it is best to pounce on that opportunity by allowing some quick passes to him against Cincy come Monday Night.



Get both of them reacclimated. Have Nick get more involved as the game goes on. Most importantly, give Mason more confidence by allowing him to use more of the playbook.

 

Sounds like the Jeff Fisher led Rams of the late 2000s to early 2010s. Lots of talent invested in San Fran's front seven. Biggest difference is Kyle Shannahan can command an offense. Jeff Fisher cannot.
