the list really has no one that is a 'must sign'. Maybe Mason but that will be determined by him and the team, most if not all are making little salary and can likely be replaced at the same price, really just comes down to who they want to retain and if that person accepts the offer or tries better pastures. There are a couple of names that play special teams well (or did), but really the list while making up nearly a third of the roster does not add up to much.

Wallace - Let walk - I know we are short on CB depth, but Wallace was one of the worst cover CB's the league had to offer. Was targeted early, often, and was taken advantage of week in and week out. We have to do better here.
Adams - Keep - Played well above his pay grade. He is an excellent interior back up who has starting experience. No reason to not retain for the price he will cost.
Killebrew - Keep - Lots of big ST plays. Mediocre as a BU S, but that isn't his role.
Golden - Keep - He was very good depth at a league min price. Do that again. He might have another year or two in him.
Alexander - Let Walk - Played very well when he was out there, but a second Achilles at his age is not ideal. Can't rely on his health.
Pierre - Keep - Good STer and viable back up CB. Cheap and has a good amount of experience on the field.
Watts - Keep - Played fantastic down the stretch, another guy who will easily be worth what he will be paid on the market. Quality depth that could start in a pinch
Sullivan - Let Walk - disappointing FA signing. We need an upgrade at this slot CB position.
Martinez - Let Walk - didn't see him play at all. He was just an insurance policy to end 2023.
Boykin - Keep - another quality STer and someone that will fit Smith's offense. Would be a fine keep.
Rudolph - Keep - TBH he wont be as expensive as some think, and has a real shot at taking the starting job and getting better results than KSP.
Walker - Let Walk - Played poorly and was replaced on the field last season, we can do better here.
Russell - IDK enough about him to say one way or another
    Wren - bye
Riley - Sign maybe? - If we cant do better at back up S and back up slot CB we can bring him back. Not an inspiring player.
    Cook - bye

except for Tj, Minkah, Highsmith and Boswell. we should up grade at every position. Footnote-----Cam must be re-signed at a lower price.

we should sign Adams and immediately cut him for taking out Watt in the Ravens game
