Congrats, girls are a hand full until they hit about 18 or 20. Aftter that they are the best, most caring kids you can have. Be prepared to be manipulated though, in ways you never thought a 3yr old could.

LOL! Crap no I wouldn't name her after Wallace! Really Natalie is my wife's pick for a name. I got to pick Ben's name and it would be hard to pick a Steelers name for a girl ya know. Maybe Jaqueline Lambert??? Maybe my wife would let me name her Natalie Lynn since Lynn is my mother in law's middle name. But as far as I know it's gonna be Natalie Page. She was gonna be Natalie Reagan after a certain hero of mine but my wife's cousin stole that idea and named her kid Kennedy Reagan. I wanted to cry. LOL.

Hey how about Natalie Haley??? LOLOLOLOL!!!! Some people on here would think I had the ugliest kid ever!!! But really is it any different raising girls than boys? Is there a different kind of bond? I'm kinda worried about that honestly. Like what will I have in common with my little girl ya know? Will I be able to connect to her like I can to Ben? Or will I just fall in absolute love the minute I see her and not care at all if she's in to the same things as me and I will wanna do anything she tells me even if I hate it ya know? I just don't know what it's gonna be like for me having a girl because I'm so used to having a boy and I have this fear that she will think I don't care as much about her or something even though I know I really will.

Thanks for the well wishes, everyone. She and her Mommy are doing great. I'm sure she'll be yelling for Ben to get rid of the ball and grumbling about the Ravens before we know it. :-D :towel:

TTF...congrats! I have several daughters, but, more importantly I have several guns, just in-case you want to borrow one for, say, the next 20 years, or so!

BTW, and this might be TMI: My first daughter was conceived on the night of SB XL. If the baby was going to be a boy, my wife wanted to name him Alexander, after her father. "Hell no," I said (Shaun ALEXANDER????!!!!). Thankfully, it was a girl.

Always good to see the nation grow!!!
Hope you find time to get some rest between maintaining the board, and your latest bundle of joy!;)
Anyhow, I was trying to find an old joke I had, about the "rules" for dating my daughter, and I couldn`t find the exact e-mail I had saved, but this is pretty close...

    Thanks, guys. :smiley1:

Those rules are hilarious, Bleed. ...'when you are alone and least expect it, he will be standing behind you in the dark with a grin on his face waiting for you to turn around so you and he can have a "friendly" chat.' ...and... 'the next morning, the camouflaged face looking in the window of your car will be mine.' :lolol: :applaud:

Bleed I have no daughters. I do have two sons however. 19 and 22. Im passing these rules along to them. THEY BETTER FOLLOW THEM!! Cus if they dont, after the girls father gets through with them they will have me to deal with! Great advise!!

My youngest twin daughters turned 18 a few days ago. I'm almost out of the woods (just a few more years). My oldest daughter is 20.

I really feel for ya, TTF. On one hand, she's gorgeous and a bundle of joy.

OTOH, I hope you're not too attached to what's left of your hair.

It's a double edged sword for sure. I think I'll probably just do a Bruce Willis and shave it clean off.
