I disagree. Yes he fumbled but it was his unwillingness to go down more then his technique

PWP doesn't mean to toot his own horn for all the bold predictions he made about Redman but...TOOT TOOT. After all this time I am convinced that PWP is either Redman, himself, or his mother. Again, PWP I'm just giving you a hard time. I like Redman too! At the same time, I like Mendy and think he is the better back. You have to watch what Mendy did at IL to really see what this guy is capable of. I can't wait to see what he can do with the changes that are taking place, same as I am excited to see what Redman can do. It would be a waste to cut Mendy before he is given chance. If he can't come back from the injury, well, that is a different story. Here is to potential that the Steelers have for this coming year!!!

Hmm... a side point, but not sure accuracy has every been Ben's forte. Strength, improvisation, extending the play, yes; superb player, yes; accurate... not the best. However:

I agree: I think if Ben stays healthy (not to mention the other positions that we suffered from last season - LB, OL, etc.) then it changes the whole dimension of our season. We will likely be in the running in every game. That doesn't mean we'll go unbeaten, of course - our o-line has the potential to be devastating, but it will be a learning curve this season as well. Rookie players make mistakes, new playbooks take time to implement fully successfully, and it's unlikely that opposing defensive coordinators are entirely unaware of Haley's approach.

Anyway, I realise now I'm being a complete naysayer, which I don't mean to be... when does training camp start? :herewego:

I think Ben's accuracy is very, very underrated when considering short and medium throws. He's actually fantastic, in my opinion. It's going deep when he struggles.
