Starts from the top

Lot of blame to go around but it always starts at the top the Rooney’s have been sitting back watching this disaster take place for years. Then the coaching staff puts the crap on the field you keep letting old players stay around until it hurts the team there the ones evaluating these players from offense to defense you can’t hold on to players because of loyalty to them it’s a business after so long u have to get bait and address there positions with the draft or free agency not let them stay and expect better play from them everyone keep saying we need a RB what they need is some good oline help a great oline can make any RB look good and this line has been bad for sometime and 71 has been bad all season he goes on And Dotson was playing great in his spot but your loyalty to 71 you bring him back for the playoffs and bench Dotson come on man that’s what I’m talking about can’t make excuses for the defense that was just brutal but BEN put them in that situation with all those dam TOs this team has had some much talent and to have one 3 playoff games in 10 years is inexcusable they need to build from inside out give Ben a running game to lean on if he returns which he has 41 million reason too. Move on from this coaching staff ask to interview Eric which I know want happen looking into Tomlin eyes last night he was devastated and to see Ben crying was so hurt full they let Ben down this season he never should’ve been throwing the ball this much .
