We could go 13-2 -1 and still be #1 seed, No team is gonna have a better record than 13-3 lol

Well, if Bell doesn't play a down this season is he really the best back in the league. I can understand arguing the potential, but at the end of the season the best back in the league will be the...best back in the league. He might be the most talented back, but he definitely isn't the brightest! While I'm at it, I will put this record thing in perspective. If we are 15 - 0 - 1 at the end of the season, would you consider it a great season? Why do I always have to be the Dalai Lama of this board?

We know the Steelers start slow every year. We also know these early season losses come back to haunt them.

Let's face it. Ben plays like crap first 3 or4 games. Then usually lights it up. Let's hope this will happen again this year. If not, then maybe it's time to retire

Make no mistake this franchise has been in limbo for several years and it's going to continue. I will say Bill Cowher for all his faults was never afraid to shake things up when it was needed. No I'm not saying to try to get him back. Just an example for what it's worth.

Yes, but a tie to the Browns and a home loss to a team they've owned the past few years is an ominous start. Not to mention their tough schedule. Realistically, the goal needs to be to win the Division, regardless of record.

Ben can play the best he ever has and it won’t matter much when you have a defense that has given up 108 points in the last three games!!!

You know, I blame this whole fiasco, this years and lasts, on Todd Haley. If Haley would have used Blount more when he was here, Bell wouldn’t be so worried about wear and tear, and the Cheatriots wouldn’t have won the SuPer Bowl. Steelers would have two more rings, Bell would be here and happy, and our record for the last 2 years would be 21-0 (19-0 last year, 2-0this year). Prove me wrong.

I said as well that they had the potential to be one of the worst in Steelers history. I remember someone saying the same thing to me,that I was crazy...where are they now because it's looking pretty bad.

Don't worry everyone Cam said the D will be ready Monday nite...whew. So does that mean they weren't ready today? These guys talk so much **** but I guess they feel they only need to back it up a few times a year. Wasn't Cam the same guy who said this year was gonna be different.....his father was Ironhead his nick name must be thickhead....

They also have the potential to be very good if they get their collective **** together and play as a team. Someone out there screwed the pooch badly because that was jv bull**** for 60 mins. Not one guy fighting on a route out there or ballhawking.

Steelers are averaging 30 points a game. We got our wish. Problem is... the D gives up 40+ at home.

Mahomes is a good QB... but there is no excuse giving up 6 freakin' TDs. Pitiful.

Days like today make me think about conspiracy theories about scripted games. I mean honestly that defensive effort was almost laughable. Like the script said make it look good but don't cover anyone.

You seem to relish in being right about predictions you make? I assure you they don’t give out awards or badges for it around here.
I want the Steelers to do well. I’m well aware of their problems, but try to remain hopeful.
I’d rather be optimistic and wrong than a big pile of negativity and a huge buzz Kill.
