special teams

i havent seen it mentioned yet, but did it not bug anyone else that they had another big return, this one for a td called back for a penalty.

how many big returns on punts and kickoffs have bad penalties cost this team? i dont know how many points its cost them, but ill bet its cost them more than a few scores.

right now just about every part of the team looks to be improving except for special teams. minus Brown, Rainy, Suisham and Butler. Tomlin needs to start busting some heads if they cant figure it out. their going to need some of those big returns eventually.

But yeah, Tomlin needs to kick some ass and put an end to this lack of discipline

 

Curtis Brown needs to take a picture test. Show him the front of an opposing player and the back of an opposing player. 50/50, can he ascertain which one he should hit and which one he should not?

 

yes if we ever get the special teams situation right...the rest if the afc is in trouble

 

ST has been a complete CF this season.

 

I say bench them both for the 1st quarter. That will really send a message.

 

Momentum shifted after that penalty. The offense came out and layed an egg after that and put the d in a position where it needed a stop, which it got.

I think with taamu coming back they need to release someone and may make an example,maybe van dyke...
