At 6'3", and 227 lbs., Xavier could be the perfect fit for Arthur Smith's offense! He would be fun to listen to in interviews as well, as he has a strong southern accent!

If we went C/OT in the first two rounds, I'd be on board with this in the third. 4.39 40.

I would surprised if he made it past the second round, but if we could get him in the third, it would be great!

I think he could possibly fall to day 3, but I would bet he goes in the first few picks of the 3rd.

Would love to have him btw.

Legette will be gone by the mid second round. With that size and speed he won't last until the 3rd.

He was in for a pre-draft visit today, so there is definitely interest!

Unless he pulls a Cam Sutton, he won't make it to the third.

In a world where we judge Qb by how fast they run....is it surprising people don't judge a Wr by how well He catches???

Only two drops on 97 targets in 2023. I don't know where these "facts" about these players come from.

Not necessarily true. Jamarr Chase spent the first two seasons of his career as a top 5 WR and one of the highest drop rates for a regular WR. Some of the highest drop rates in the league are had by some of the best WR's in the league. Lamar Jackson has never been more than a middling passer and he's a two time NFL MVP. It's hard to make the argument that one without the other means you can't make it.

You, Me , and everyone knows Lamar should only have one MVP. MVP of the regular season means nothing. There has been many a MVP to never win nothing in the post season, and if the post season doesn't matter then everyone needs to give Mike Tomlin a break.

Post season success and Super Bowl trophies are team awards, while MVP is an individual award. I'm not saying the post season doesn't matter, I am saying I am approaching the argument at an individual level and I am going to leave team related awards and accolades out of it.

Even if the second MVP is disputed, the fact that he was in the conversation shows that Lamar is a great player at his position. The point isn't to say that Lamar is the best QB or anything, it is just to show that someone can be objectively a great player at the QB position without being a great thrower compared to the rest of the league. Jamarr Chase is a great WR without being a great catcher compared to the rest of the NFL WR's.... That is all I was trying to say.
