    Did DeCastro sign or is that another contract problem? The reason I ask is when I look at the list of transactions I see all the names but him and it makes me wonder if he wants more to start. If he hasn't and it came down to him and Wallace I would have to say goodbye to Wallace as there are enough good recievers to pick up the spot but DeCastro is badly needed. So if someone would be so kind as to let me know I would greatly appreciate it.

    The only thing that can be holding this up is guaranteed money there's only so much he can get because of the rookie payscale.
