IF Pit/Cinc/Balt end up in 3 way 9-7 tie. meaning Pit beast Cin and Cle, Balt loses to NYG and Cincy. The 3 will be tied at 9-7
First division tiebreaker is head to head, the 3-way head to head will be Pit 3-1 (sweeping Cincy, Split with balt), Balt 2-2 (Split w/ both, Cinc 1-3.
Pit wins the 3 way tie and wins the division.

This is 1 scenario of a possible 16, In 13 of 16 Balt wins the division, in 2 of 16 Cincy does, in 1 of 16 Pit does.
