I don't think so. Tomlin's approach to strategy and scheme, and the failures it has produced, does not equate to him being a "cheerleader" - surely quite the opposite?

We can only go off of what we see and ultimately the moves that they make. How many times have companies/businesses been passed down to kids and digress because they don't have the same passion or care? And, what kind of evidence shows his passion in your eyes?

Judge him by his actions, or lack of actions. He said he wanted to see growth and an end to one and done playoffs seasons, he saw none of that, and without a seconds thought just ran it back. That's a loser mentality.

How exactly do you know that? If you are able to read the guy's mind while watching interviews with him on television, I would hope you would have better things to do with your time than this. I mean, that would be one hell of a talent. Put it to better use!
