When I was a little kid My Mother, and Father battled with the 8- track with Elvis, and Tom. My Dad would play Elvis, and My Mother would eject it, and play Tom. This would go on for a whole drive. LoL

I'll put here instead of starting a thread.

Ziggy Stardust and spiders from mars is my favorite album all time. HBO had a David Bowie special last night that made me realize I'm not a huge fan of Bowie it's just that one album. The special was different. If your a huge Bowie fan and get HBO or HBO MAX you may dig it.

I read a crazy story the other day about Jimmy Page and David Bowie. I'll see if I can find it....

Pretty cool. I had to listen like 5 times of the beginning part...because at about 0:11....I swore He played a sour note. LoL I became obsessed, but I now believe it was done on purpose. LoL

Did You go back , and hear it?? I think it's at 0:11....
I have heard Guys do this on purpose in leads....so as to grab Your attention, but I can't ever seem to do it on purpose (it bothers My ears)....although I've done it plenty of times on accident. LoL

I did. It does sound a bit odd. This band is great though. The main guitarist is in a few great bands ive played here. Wooden Shijps and i'm sure I played a song by Moon Duo.

One day when I'm bored, I'm gonna go through this thread and re listen to stuff I havent posted....

I dig this baseline. I also Love how it doubles the vocals in spots. I'm huge fan .

Love Zappa. He is known for his songwriting, but was also one of the most under appreciated guitarists. The song “On the Bus” (originally “Toad o Line”) from Joe’s garage is a great guitar solo that bridges between Fembot in a Wet T Shirt and Why Does it Hurt When I Pee?

Xylophone sounds bad a$$ on here doesn't it??. Steve Vai took many of His writing styles from playing with Zappa....You can really hear it.
