Honest truth and I listen to Sirius XM Bluegrass Junction almost as much as Deep Tracks but just hadn't paid attention and Marty was never on my radar for which I am sorry and embarrassed. And I only went to see him because a good friend had an extra ticket and I thought it would be good to check out Steve Miller after a 50 year hiatus. Saw Steve Miller (who had Boz Scaggs in his band back then) in 1969 along with Poco who had just formed after the Buffalo Springfield breakup and the Moody Blues. Quite a show and Miller was much more into blues at that time (hence "The Steve Miller Blues band") vs the pop 40 material that made him filthy rich over the next 4+ decades. The next year or so saw the Moodies again and some unknown crazy blues guitar player named Stevie Ray something was the warm up act. LOL! Again, little did I know.....

No need to be embarrassed. I sorry if I came off that way.
I probably only know of Him because of people I've played with.
All those shows sound awesome

Not sure the crowd knows who they are yet. This is pretty early on.

    Love Lanegans vocals on this.

Something all of us would only hope to be on Hump Day - Breathless! A little light live ditty by the insane Robert Fripp accompanied by his trademark 3 drum sets.

I know, I thought the same thing, but knowing Fripp's bizarre talents, he could have recorded it in 2 places at the same time. Out of body thing?

Someone I don't think enough people know. Also people don't realize how hard it is to make something stay interesting ....just with one instrument, and no backing tracks , or other instruments, and what it takes. Like Here...a lot of Guitar players to get this would need more than one Guitar players playing.

I dig that technique they are using on this. It's either on the bass(tuned high), or a low strung guitar. I know it's not the other guitar....because I hear that at different parts.

See, I thought that may be some other string instrument. I could be wrong, but perhaps a Middle eastern or African based instrument?

This band is great. I've played a few songs from them on here. They are gypsies from Sweden who live on a commune.

It could be, but I know You can do it on Guitar, and Bass. I use it Myself, but not exactly how they are.
I must have not paid them attention as much on the other songs You said You put up, but that technique caught My ear....because I also use it.
