This band has been on heavy rotation for me lately.

 

My only complaint is the vocals are so much louder than everything else. Otherwise I Like this a lot.

 

I never really got into wovenhand. I absolutely loved 16 Horsepower though

They dont sound super loud to me.......Im ok with it though. His vocals are my favorite thing about the band.

 

I only love the 1st EP and the first full length. The rest is just ok to me.

The live one is gooooood too.

 

I just like when bands mix vocals like another instrument, and not " the vocals". Like the difference in Ozzys vocal tracks in Black Sabbath, and then in Ozzy Osborne..., but of course each 2 their own.

 

Yea, Ozzys vocals on his solo stuff do sound loud. I definitely prefer Sabbath overall anyways. 70's rock over hair metal all day!

 

Reminds me of the scene is Spinal Tap where David St. Hubbins and his girlfriend are arguing that the vocals need to be louder in the mix
