they were one of those seminal punk bands from the late 70’s. I guess it’s possible someone covered it, but it would be an odd choice to me. If you’re not a young adult living in Belfast in the 70’s dealing with Life during The Troubles then Singing that song just makes you a poser

True. However, to me there are just things you don’t do. To me a band covering that song would be like a band from Arkansas covering the Dead Kennedy’s California Uber Alles. Makes no sense. You just don't.

    Now I have a question???
Was it poser of My old band 2 cover RHCPs Californication, or Under the Bridge when I played in Arkansas, but never been 2 California????
    Now I'm paranoid. LoL

A bit of stretch comparing the two.

Saw the trailer yesterday. Harry Potter as "Weird" Al. They look a bit alike!

That gave me a great laugh!! When I've been on a message board for awhile and get to know the member through his post I try guessing their age group or how they may look. Now, don't get pissed at me but I picture you with a little beer gut, 60 something with a guitar on his lap strumming along during Steeler games with the sound off.

Right in between. Older than 51 , but younger than 60. LoL at Hippy. I've worn My hair long since I was 14, but about every 11 years I shave it completely off ...as far as clippers will allow, and grow it out again. Last time was about 3 years ago.
