Classic live track from back in the days when audiences had the attention span for a piece longer than 3 minutes. The drum solo by Carl Palmer rivals Neil Pearl’s solos.

Little story about EL&P Brain Salad Surgery. Hawaii 1974. A certain fungi grew wildly in and around the feces of a cows. Beach party, North Shore. Girl puts this album on. First I ever heard of EL&P and I thought I found the answers to it all. Next payday I buy the album. I was like, what the F. Did I get wrong album? Really didn't like it. Let that be a lesson for you when eating your next mushroom pizza;)

It’s possible, but they’re kind of obscure. Additionally this record was released nearly 30 years ago

My mom loved Tom Jones (I almost threw up watching his special with her and her saying she'd throw her underwear at him anytime) and Engelbert Humperdinck. I like a few Neil Diamond tunes but wife realized we'd be in Philly this weekend and wanted to see the Play. Going to Michael Jackson Play next year.
