Granted, this song was pop and the band was much better than this song but, I just saw it got appropriated for a commercial for..........something. We've gotten old too fast! Starship on TV for pills? Journey on the grocery store Muzak channel?

I kissed Him upside the cranium is My favorite line. I know I'm always talking about guitar, but I have stolen many Ideas from Claypools bass playing, and worked them onto the Guitar.

Loved them when they were Jefferson Airplane. I remember this rumor that went around about Grace Slick in that she had a metal plate in her head. When Hendrix died there were rumors he shot LSD into his head. And this was way before social media. More like high school media.

Resurrected the Dicky Betts live Jessica video (sans Allman band) since Strummer brought Betts up after his recent passing. Video quality sucks but audio is good and a pretty tasty piano solo. And again, can't listen to this tune (Jessica) without thinking of the goofball Brits on Top Gear.

I got one problem with this video. At times there is two Guitars in the harmony parts, and I can't find the other guitar player.
I know it's actually live ....because I heard some sour notes, and I know the piano is harmonizing with him in certain parts, but there are two Guitars at different parts of this video, and I can't find the other Guitar player.

I remember working the farms in Texas as a young teen, and having a cassette player in My tractor...that flipped itself, and I would listen to the same 4, or 5 tapes for weeks at a time...from sun up to sun set, and the Scorpions Live Tokyo Tapes was one of them.

I thought the same thing. In doing some limited research of the Allman Band it says after Duane's untimely passing they stopped using the duel guitars and used the piano for the same effect. I don't know enough about music technology to know how that would work or sound but I was looking for the second guitar as well and not sure if it can be done like synthetic drums or bass? I do enjoy seeing Dickey play it live though regardless of what else might be going on.

I still have this awesome album. Also this is one of the 1st 10 songs I learned on the guitar....from beginning to end. So many bands today owe this band. Hell many sound just like them.
