Song, or Instrumental of the Day.

I know some of You hate the Foo Fighters, but I loved watching My Drummer get flustered when We would play this live. Some reason He hated playing this tune.
I also played this without tuning a drop D. I learned it by ear, and I seen them play it ,and was like.....well Hell it's way easier their way. LoL

Love that song. I liked a lot of their earlier stuff but didn't like the latest album at all.

 

I actually haven't heard it yet.

 

Foo Fighters are simply a FUN SHOW. Seen them tons, i see a lot of shows tho and some i want that time back, but the Foo fighters are one of the bands that i enjoy live.

 

Harmony of the two is what makes AIC....

 

I don’t hate them. They’re just so very generic.

 

That's exactly what I thought about Nirvana, and Ac/dc

 

Was it Jay Z? Or was it Run from Run DMC? Or someone else.....

So you hate rap more than you like Mastodon.

 

I think its weak pop rock. Dave Groehl should only play drums.

Alice in Chains and the Mad Season record were on HEAVY rotation all through the pandemic. Not the 3 legged dog record so much though.....

I havent been going to see much live music lately, sadly.

But Ill be seeing these guys tomorrow night in Chiraq! One of my favorite current live bands. Come find me afterwards and get wasted!

Nephew was a drummer in a local band. Type of band that played at summer concert series in small towns. He had no imput on song selections and hated when the leader put that song in the set. I use to go see them around town and always told him I hated most songs his leaders came up with and he agreed.

 

I like nirvana, but ac/dc definitely falls in the very generic category

 

Everyone in the band I was talking about had input on what we did, but sometimes He would get out voted....just like I would get out voted everytime We had to play this boring a$$ song.....Live: Lighting Crashes (I freaking hated to play this)

 

I can understand but for some reason I dig that song. A placenta falling to the floor, what more could you want in a song?

 

For a tge guitar player, and backup singer(which I was in that band) is boring as all f**k to play.
