    Thank you for this post. Put this in perspective for our sky-is-falling brethren. We are all spoiled by having the most successful team in modern NFL history in every damn category. Stop crying.

    Very interesting opening post in its implications. Obviously, considering the data posted there, the Steelers have repeatedly been an elite team. But the thing that really interests me about that list of top winning teams is how limited it is. Pretty proof positive that it's not as easy to come out on top as people might think, and also that it's nearly impossible to seize the top prize records every single season. Maybe I just love the ups and downs of the game, the season and the history of the Pittsburgh Steelers. So call me a homer already.
