The only thing I have noticed so far is his weight. He looks thinner and as a consequence I think in better shape overall.

As long as he stays healthy, there is every reason to believe he should get better. First he is still knocking a lot of rust and scar tissue off. Second, he is still getting to know DJ, Avon and Claypool.

So, you acknowledge that Tomlin's locker rooms have been rife with spoiled little brats?

That and getting used to his new arm should take some time as well.

Have you acknowledged that Ben happens to be possibly the most undisciplined qb in the league?

How about the fact that Tomlin happened to get these brats to probowl status when he had his hands on them?

    Cherry picker.

You are delusional my friend. Ben? Undisciplined?

You blame the players when Tomlin's lack of discipline contributes to a loss and you give Tomlin credit for the God-given ability of the players:huh:

I'm amazed at the zip he has on the ball. I'm not talking about the deep passes, which he has no problem throwing and I think he needs to just find the range on. I'm talking about the out and crossing patterns. The ball is getting there in a hurry on a flat trajectory.

Although at 38 he obviously doesn't run as well as he used to, we've seen him take off and run for positive yardage when it's a better option than forcing a throw. It's clear the desire to win is as strong as it's ever been with Ben, which I never personally questioned. He feels good and I think the absence of all the BS distractions from AB, Bell and some others, along with a punishing defense have rejuvenated him. It's fun to watch.

I think he had a decent football mind, but he is an absolute embarrassment as a human being.

    .

Don't kid yourself. So was Cowher's. Starting with #7. They put up with it as long as they're winning.

The difference is that a dickhead can come along at any time in the NFL. In the case of #7, he got his **** together under Cowher, in Tomlin's case, he created an environment where bad people thrived and infected everyone around them.
