Some positive takeaways from the game

There are no positives to take from this game. We are paper champs. Team looks great on paper every year.

 

This was our win...


Just couldn’t adjust. Blowout game turned into a loss

 

This was positively a big steaming pile of

 

One big punt.

 

Terrell's and Jaylen's growth, Big Al's evolution, Javon Hargrave becoming more and more of a force and L.J. Fort's performance were the only positives I could come up with.


Other than that, not much else. Ola's grand debut was nice but the overall result of the game really mitigates that.

 

I'm positive I'm going to still be pissed when the alarm clock goes off and it's time for work after staying up late and watching this team underachieve... again....

 

This was gut wrenching. Basically a playoff game because imo that was our season. Disgusting. Putrid. Like... who do I turn to? Penguins suck too!


Lol I deserve this. Just win patriots or cowboys and put me out of my misery haha

 

Its only a game and has no effect on our lives but I am with you I will be pissed for a couple of days after this one.

 

Seriously. There is no magic left, no hope. Our identity is to show people we are the best 1-2 quarter team in football

 

One positive - I don't think we can continue to be this unlucky. Missed offsides for a TD, flukey interception break-up for a TD, phantom jumping offsides on missed FG, extra point hitting upright. There are probably more. Eventually such things have to even out and will go our way.

If this were the Patriots, all those thing would go their way.

 

Hopefully we didn't use up all our luck against Jacksonville!

 

Just another year of wasted chances and all this talent on offense .Year after year man..

 

This morning I was thinking I could have gone to bed on time, had a good night sleep and read about that mess in the paper. But no, I stayed up until the end.

 

I thought the same thing.

 

Imagine if this team played a full 60 minutes? Yeah me either

oh and dont have Bostic covering the other team's best WR

Touchdown that should have been called back. Missed extra point. Touchdown that should have been called back. Blown coverage for a touchdown.

4 plays. It typically comes down to 4-5 plays.

Kick a field goal in Cleveland and we win.

Don’t act like idiots on the last play in Denver and we win.

We really aren’t far from 11-1.

If we get into the playoffs, get our **** together, and we can win it all. Big if.

 

They're also a missed FG in Cleveland and a Jaguar two interceptions reversed away from being 6-6. Didn't include getting shutout in the 2nd half vs TB...

 

a lot of teams can say the same thing. Denver should have like 9-10 wins too. Good teams find ways to win, we find ways to not only lose, but choke.

 

I am ready to start over lol. This has been a nightmare show for 10 years already

 

LJ Fort was a real positive.

He really played well in space. Also blocked the punt.

My only criticism is that he's too small to rush the line and Butler had him doing that quite a bit in the fourth and it wasn't good utilization of him as he got buried by the Chargers O-linemen.

 

Which, in itself, is very sad. I thought that during that 6-game streak we had finally turned that corner. That we had found a way to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. That we weren't finished until the final gun.

After the last 2 games, it seems like a mirage. Hope they prove me wrong next week against a sub-par opponent.
