@troybellringer55 agree 100% re coordinators it boggles the mind that they put so much in to building up an NFL roster and acquiring talent only to skimp on unproven coaches like Canada and Fictner.

I really dont understand the approach at all. They have never been afraid to pay players and are usually right up against the cap, coaching is a relatively small cost in comparison and Pittsburgh has always been a stable organisation that should be an attractive job for coaches.

That's not apologizing at all, it's still possible they could win three out of four, it doesn't really matter they aren't going to the playoffs anyway. None of the so called experts had this team making the playoffs, and predicted them to finish last in the division.

 

Doom and gloom the Steelers are going to suck forever , they have a new GM and asst GM and don't have to pay a franchise QB salary anymore, things can turn around quickly.

The problem is you say we have a few pieces and many holes. I agree however we either have a hole or they are the highest paid player at their position. Which really means we have nothing. Nobody wins with multiple players on their team that are “highest paid at their position “
