Note that the key word is ROSTER. That does not factor coaching, injuries, etc of course.

Almost a back handed diss confirming my feelings we underperform our talent level.

 

I don't think we underperformed at all, we made it to the AFC Championship. And lost to the team with the #1 rated roster. This offseason centered on giving us depth and I think that was accomplished. Depth at RB, WR, OLB, DL and CB. That can only benefit us with the inevitable injury loss late in the season when we make a push.
