So, we didn't get outcoached against Denver, huh?

We were outcoached for sure. You just knew that Bellicheck wasnt going to let the same thing happen to the patriots that happened to us. He was relentless on offense, but more important was the fact the 31st ranked defense in the league gameplanned and effectively shutdown the broncos. The pats took away the option on offense for denver, and contained tebow. They knew what they wanted to do on both sides of the ball and imposed their will. More importantly the pats came out of halftime and made sure they finished denver off. I joked with my brother in law that if the Steelers were up on denver 21 to7 at the half that we would have probably let denver score 14 points and be right back in it with a chance to take the lead late in the fourth. And the other thing the pats did, they scored touchdowns early instead of kicking fieldgoals like us.

    Whoa big fella....

Steelers had the No one defense. The Pats are 31. No one was talking injuries when we beat the Bengals or the Seahawks right? The Broncos were an 8-8 team that has little to no offense. Talk about one dimensional.

Now with the exception of Ryan Clark, the secondary was intact and so was the LB's.

Excuses. Face it, the Patriots with the worst defense in the league looked like the Ravens playing defense against Broncos, whereas the Steelers played like a bunch of girl scouts.

It further illustrates the point that the Steelers were way overrated. 12-4 with only one quality win. The rest were against a bunch of the weakest teams in the league, but many only see 12 wins and think we are good.

Yes we got out coached by a wide margin. The Pats exposed the Broncos last nght. With that, it made the Steelers losing to the Broncos more embarrassing. It makes no sense. Check this out:

Here is a scenario: Tomlin and BA are watching the New Orleans vs San Francisco Game and having a conversation.

Tomlin: BA did you see how Brees thru 15 passes to Darrin Sproles out of the backfield? Did you see the screens to the RB's? Brees is always looking to throw that ball to his TE Jimmy Graham. They pass the ball with a purpose. Sproles caught a total of 15 passes from Brees. That was great!
BA: Yes I checked that out. I'm very impressed. I wonder how they do that. Coach Sean Payton is a genious as the OC. He really knows his stuff.

Tomlin and BA are watching the Patriots vs Broncos game.

Tomlin: BA, that Brady is awesome. Did you see how he uses his short passing game to his receivers. How about how he uses his TE's. That was a great wrinkle when they used their TE Hernandez as a running back, it suprised Denver. Man, Brady thru 6 TD's in the game, set a new record. That was great!
BA: That was a very impressive performance by New England. How can Brady just stand there and throw that ball so quickly to those receivers on those short routes? How do thay design that? Why does he use his TE's so much. 6 TD's thats amazing. Coach "T", who is the Patriots OC?
Tomlin: Thats the guy O'Brian who got the Head Coaching job at Penn State. They already got his replacement, Josh McDaniels who was the Head Coach at Denver last year. He was the OC before O'Brian with them. Thats why they brought him back.
BA: Coach, I don't understand why my name is never mentioned for any of the head coach vacancies? Christ, there were six openings this year. Romeo Cranel even got the head coaching job at KC after being fired as the Browns head coach. I haven't even had an interview for a head job.
Tomlin: Don't worry BA, your time is fastly approaching.

YOU THINK WE GOT OUT COACHED?
