Slow Starts

What's sadder is a few people were just talking about bringing J. Brissett in this Week, and He has an O- line there.

 

But in Madden football I was able to trade Eric Ebron for Jordon Love......****ing Colbert is a horrible GM, knows nothing.

He is a free agent in 2022, his name came up along with Mariota and others as guys that could be stop gaps if Ben retires and they are not in a position to draft a QB. Brissett is a journeyman, I don’t think anybody was talking about him as a long term solution.

 

Confused I am.

This directly reflects on the offensive game day preparation and game planning. It also keeps pressure on the defensive side of the ball. It would be nice if this trend ended this afternoon but I'm not holding my breath.

It seems most of the first qtrs the offense drowns themselves in 3 and outs.

This is very depressing. The O is pathetic.

 

Things can only get better? The fact that this trend has continued for so long. without any noticeable changes that I can see, tells me the owners are fine with what is going on. Even brought Ben back for an encore tour.

 

Until Ben retires or gets injured nothing will change. It will be the same lets go with 2 TE's the defense will never know we are about to run the ball for 1 yd after Harris broke two tackles in the backfield. Ok second and 9 lets try a 2 yd pass right on we completed it for two yds. Third and 7 pass to Diontae for 16 yds called back on holding. Third and 17 quick slant to Ebron 3 yds from LOS who drops the ball. Bring in a best weapon on offense our punter.

I don't want to see Ben get hurt but MT will never have the coaching cahoona's to pull him no matter how bad it is.
At least with Rudolf we wouldn't be conceding the center section of the field, if that continues then its scheme and not Ben, then fire Canada.
