We did Blount, dat ain't funny man! Ha-ha

 

we did have to walk up hill when they played at pitt stadium. barefoot was optional. rabbit feet were on keychains. people usually only had one car, and the phone had a cord attached. e-mail cost you a penny and you had to put it in the mailbox on the corner. LOL

I remember doing that but with a twist, I had to climb the tree next to the carport to get onto the roof then turn that big antennae attached to the chimney. Dad would yell to mom who was outside and relayed instructions to me!!!!!!

I was also my dads remote for his big console TV. Turn it to channel 5. now go to 7, try channel 9...... go back to 5...... Boy, turn it up some, can't hear it with your mom in the kitchen fussing!!!!!!!!!!!!


I'm most Thankful for my Salvation and the redemptive sacrifice Jesus did upon That Cross!!!!!!!!!

I'm thankful for a meaningful game tonight, 4 weeks ago, it didn't look that way

 

I`m thankful for Jack Lambert getting me into football, and showing me a place I could take aggression out without getting into trouble!!!!
And a lot of more poignant things that have already been mentioned...
Our service members, my family and friends, a decent job, and the luck to have been born where and when I was!

I've seen that twist in action LOL You have to admit as a family we sure communicated more than most today!
As to your statement on salvation it's being silenced more and more by the prince and power of the air.. he's working o/t with little time left. I give thanks everyday for eternal life and don't care's who it may offend. I'm sort of down right now as the result of tonight's game..reason i say "sort" we now are on life support but after doing some arithmetic there's still a thread of hope but even if we do roll into the playoff's i'm afraid it will be short lived! Just hope all that were injured will have a quick recovery and want to thank them for their efforts!
