Seriously. I like Tebow, think he takes way too much heat but the guy needs a lot of work to be an NFL QB. Thats where I differ with many people though, I believe he could get better if someone were willing to work with him and give him that chance. Trouble is, roster spots are like gold, need to use them wisely.

yeah i know he always said nothing but QB .. but i think hes at the point of HB or TE or nothing... if hes out fo FB f when that first kick off takes place a TE position might look goood or a HB that has the option to throw liek el used to do for us ..

Kordell was a significantly better QB than Tebow. He was a great college football player, but nowhere near talented enough to be an NFL qb. Hopefully this closes the door on tebow in the NFL forever.

Good for him, don't ever let anyone tell you you can't do something. Whether at the QB position or another position, hope he goes onto have a good NFL career.

Landry looks lost out there. Dennis Dixon was way better right away.

But the question was is Tebow worse than Jones. What is your answer to that question?

Yes, Tebow is worse than Jones. Tebow has had 3 years to show some amount of improvement, if anything he's regressed. He was 1-7 for -1 yard and at least 1 int and for some unknown reason people still gravitate towards him like moths to a flame. Instead of being humble and accepting the gift of being an NFL player and switching positions like Hines, Crouch, ARE etc he's says no I'll only play QB. He's proven over and over again that he doesn't belong under center, it's time to move on.

My answer is no. What you have seen in Tebow, is the best you will ever see from him. Ever. There was no doubt in my mind Elway had little confidence in him and was going to part ways with him.

Landry Jones may not be Joe Montana, and he is a nervous rookie who's got a lot of developing to do, but at least he will improve.

Well then I think you mean "yes" because KY asked if Tebow was worse than Landry and I said "Yes. MUCH worse." So based on what you just said you actually agree with me right? I'm just trying to clarify that we are on the same page.

I would take Tebow over Landry. I could see a dozen plays in the playbook where you could use Tebow. Landry is a waste of a pick and a waste of a roster spot - going to hang around for a couple of seasons and then get cut.

Tebow's name will always bother me because he is that bad at QB yet still beat us. People point to his team winning a playoff game as to why he should be an NFL QB but Tim Couch won a playoff game as well.

People can say what they want about Tebow but he led Denver to the playoffs and do I need to even say it????

Fact is, Tebow has the best QB rating in crunch time and the bottom line is winning, even if it's winning ugly. The problem with Tebow, besides being awful the first 3 QTS, is you need to tailor an offense to his specific skill set, that means revamping your entire offense and how you draft and also if he gets hurt, your back up has to be able to do the same, a standard pocket passer would be lost. I still think Tebow should go to the CFL and work on his mechanics there, if he improves, there will be a job waiting for him in the NFL I'm sure. If he doesn't, well then everyone was right.

I just don't understand this guy. I know we are all told and taught to always pursue our dreams even when someone tells you that you can't do it. But in this case he just had his 3rd chance to be any type of QB and was cut by a team thats known for its offense and they couldn't use him. Basically he had some magic or whatever happen in Denver, and after all of that they still didnt believe. So basically every team has said no to him as a QB BUT some have said try to turn to a TE and we could use you and he says NO!!? Pretty sure if I had any chance at all to stay in the NFL I'd do it. Pretty crazy how he just blows that idea off if you ask me

I think something really telling about Tebow's potential as an NFL qb is the fact the he didn't beat out Mark Sanchez ya know? I mean he is probably literally the absolute worst qb in the NFL besides Blaine Gabbert.

I think you hit it on the head - the offense would have to be geared to his game and teams aren't going to take that chance. I am surprised though that he didn't find a team that wanted to use him as a wildcat option. I can't imagine everyone's # 3 QB is better than Tebow.

Yeah, but Rex Ryan never really gave him a shot at anything, not even some trick plays. Ryan decided from the start that he did not want anything to do with him.

Honestly, I think Tebow needs to wise up and go the Doug Flutie Canadian league route, or Arena Football league route so he can put some tape out there that NFL GM's might like.

As it is right now he is not going to get a chance anywhere in the NFL. I do believe it is possible he could go to the Canadian Football league and hone his skills for a legit shot at the NFL again one day.

I'm just real Shaky on Ladry, he looks lost out there. I think Tebow is better right now. I would take Dixon over both though.

Like Da Stellars said, Rex was his coach. And Sanchez isn't bad when used correctly. At this point, he just needs out of NY and a fresh start, think a lot of his problems are mental now.
