She was being sarcastic in saying that Rice was a "victim" of the way things have changed in American culture. She was saying that used to what Rice did would have been acceptable but now it's not. Yes my SN is a Judas Priest song and the only reason I chose that is because when I was signing up with this forum I could not think of a name and that song just happen to be playing at that time.

I do like Tim Ripper Owens. I was very impressed with his vocals. He did a excellent job in place of Halford. I saw Priest a few years ago at the IZOD Center in New Jersey. Great show.
