Love to but there's no money for this at all.
Had the Steelers not picked up 5th year on Dupree, there would be enough money to get it done.
Or we'd have spent the money on Shaq Barrett.
I guess either way it would be an improvement.
Cut mccullers, hawkins and burns and we will have a few million.
i forgot mccullers is on this team. You guys say Bud is a waste...
Kyle Rudolph says he's not going to take a pay cut because he is too young to do that now....
I had hoped McCullers would make it because his home is only a couple towns over. I never saw him play though - not till I saw him in training camp. I knew then that he would struggle because he doesn't see past the blocker nor get off a blocker to meet a back passing him. I am surprised he lasted this long.
Hawkins may be needed for depth. I think his issue has been injury related more than anything. But, if it made the difference between getting a guy like Rudolph who would be an impact player next to Vance...well, there are other depth OL to be found.
Burns - I don't need a TE reason to want him gone. Barring injury, I don't think he makes it through final cuts. First time I saw him live was at a preseason game in Carolina. My first thought was he doesn't like contact. He has gone downhill from there.
He's part Buddha.
Would be great to have him on the roster but the Steelers simply cannot afford him and if they pick up another TE it will be a journeyman purely for depth.
McDonald and Grimble aren’t a bad duo if they avoid injury
But.....just think of the cost savings in that Kyle and Mason could share jerseys, at least until BB retires. And then they'll be OK with BB's substantial salary hit off the boards.
They also have a starting TE in Vance who makes over 4 million a year, so keep dreaming if you think this Rudolph deal will happen. Rudolph isn't going to another team to be a backup .
WTF.....here we go again.
Not that you have anything to worry about I have just noticed that if you live in the NYC area of New York people have a tendency to take no stuff from anyone even when stuff isn't being given. I have to constantly push back against the Minnesota nice stereo type. I can be down right standoffish when the need arises.
Hmmm...I realize your the land of 10,000 lakes but I didn’t realize you had to make a conscious effort not to
stand on fish.....
Asian Carp are everywhere
Man ....that and those tiny soft drinks you guys are stuck with. You guys even know what a Big Gulp is?
I’ll show myself out now.....
That's a good point. I guess it's at least Colbert looking into it though. I'm coming from the angle that we really have nothing behind Vance. And if the price is right, especially after losing our best WR, perhaps a Rudolf and Vance combo, with JuJu and Moncrief/Washington split out could be very formidable. Especially with the win now urgency of Bens last years.
Born and raised in NY, it was a joke. Relax.
Yes unfortunately the last 711 closed some years ago and I'm not sure where the nearest one is.
I've seen examples of NY real estate taxes, no wonder you guys are always POed
I predict 16-0 every year. That I know is delusional. I should start a AA for people like me.
Well, I don't predict 16-0 every year but honestly do think they are going to win the SB every year. Am I delusional?
If you are, we are in it together man! Next meeting for us will be Tuesday.
Yes I knew that and you also run a kennel, that's why I was like wtf.....
