You should never try to make sense of what darcrav writes. I learned that long ago. Don't try to make sense of it, don't try to rationalize it, just read it and move on

 

You mena the perfectly legal hit where anytime the ball is tipped the Ravens can kill somebody and not be penalized for it because it was a tipped ball?

 

hines was one of the toughest overachieving players ever on the football field. both heath and hines are bring your lunch pail to work guys and made and make us better. they are and were damn good football players without all the unnecessary flash. the poster children of being a steeler.

What's interesting is that I saw the story about Pouncey responding to Hines's tweet and it had the full version of the comments not just the ones taken out of context and when Hines is calling out Ben it is for the No-huddle not the entire offense just the part that Ben wanted more control of. So he is saying Ben can't lobby to have more control of his play calling in the no huddle and more no huddle in general and even hint that the reason things aren't working right is on Haley. Which he does have a valid point. That old adage about don't ask for the ball and then drop it comes to mind.

I'm probably the closest person on here to understanding the vast majority of what darcrav is talking about. I love the way she uses references to things I like to basically analogize her views. I should be her "decoder ring". LOL. She is really a funny person and I enjoy her a lot. It takes all kinds ya know? Now she will just start putting stuff to confuse the crap out of me. HA!

 

IIRC Ben didn't play in Baltimore because he wasn't allowed to play and it was Hines who made the issue out of it.

To clear things up, Hines was definitely a leader and warrior, but he did belly-ache a lot.
