He most certainly does get doubled ...Watch the 56 yard Brown TD and watch the CB slide his way and the FS slide to DHB'S side and back up...Watch most of Bryant's TD'S DHB and Brown where on the field the CB presses DHB and the FS slides to his side and backs up.... These are Black and White facts not speculation or wishful thinking...

His lack of snaps allowed the Rats to get all up in our face and we went back to back to back sacks the next series we inserted DHB the Defense adjusted and boom we started clicking again just like the week before ....He will have a lot of Offensive snaps this week I say near 40 ...

Where do you come up with this stuff?
You've been posting this stuff about DHB for the last few weeks and I don't believe I've seen anybody support your theories on it?
After your Reman fiasco I'm going to need to see something written in stone that proves this theory or an endorsement from the Surgeon General before I believe it.

I personally like DHB as a fourth or fifth WR. If there's an injury I think he can fill in adequately. Attributing our recent offense success to DHB is just silly though.

Is not a theory. If the FS plays 8 to 10 deep on normal snaps then when DHB comes in he goes 12 to 15 those are facts I don't need support...

If the FS shades inside the hash then DHB comes and he shades outside that is a fact as well ...

Really don't care if you believe it or not our O exploded when DHB and Bryant started getting more snaps ...We started last game without DHB and our O got chocked up that 2 is a fact ...DHB only got 15 snaps after that so I bet you Haley will see that on tape and go back to the set that worked the week before...That set was Brown, Bryant, and DHB Bryant got all his 3 WR set snaps with those 2 WR'S also a fact ....

15 snaps this game, less in others and only has 1 catch yet he demands a double team? Dude, this is becoming comical.

Let's talk about those 3 sacks you mentioned. The 1st one was 1st & 20, shotgun In 11 personnel. Ravens overloaded the left side, Elam rotated to Bryant .along him the hot read. The 2nd was Spaeth on mcphee forcing Ben to climb the pocket into ngata who had beat foster. Third was 3 & 33 , they rotated left to max protect against Suggs leaving Gilbert alone on Dumervil..... sorry, DHB would have zero effect on those sacks.

Don't misinterpret how the safety moves, he's in run support, guarding against the quick in via the slot receiver ( never dhb) and most certainly keying on L. Bell whether he runs or receives.

I wish we could trade DHB for Wesley Johnson with the jets.

Well DHB will have more than 15 snaps this week , just like you said above we went max protect and the DB'S manned up their was no one open early and Ben got sacked ....Yes if DHB had been out there the FS not the SS would have adjusted....The FS has the deep man almost always ...That would have created a quick passing lane because of that....The next series they inserted DHB and Bryant and it created the space to throw the ball...

I mean use a bit of logic do you think our Team has not tried to run DHB deep ? Do you think the other Teams have CB'S who can keep up with a 4.23 WR ?

I know the answer to these and that's exactly why he creates space for others ...The stat you guys keep putting up the 1 catch all but proves that ...Do you think Haley would just continue to give a guy snaps who had no production or no effect on the game ??

So by the DHB hater logic he is getting no special coverage and he can't get open against smaller slower players ...I call BS ...I clearly see DHB gets press coverage almost every snap on the field and he does get shade help over the top on almost every snap , if Teams stop doing that you will see DHB behind the defense on a regular basis it's just simple math...Now will he catch it ? I think so but Teams are not stupid enough to leave him 1 on 1 ......You have to respect the deep threat no matter the name ...

there is some truth to this guys. whether he demands double teams or not, he's getting it. it frees up a lot and DHB is a good blocker and so is Bryant. he's also a big target. he had a fumble but it was an attempt at fighting for more yardage. they have all had them. as ben gets comfortable with him, it's just a bigger option for ben to have available to him and the O. it's looking like they have packages for certain sets of receivers right now to mix in.

No worries PWP. I often get outside of the original thread. lol

Shazier was the BPA... Fuller was on their list. Still think Shazier is going to be amazing for us but needs time to develop.

He does have a very high motor and seems to have a nose for the ball, I have no doubt he will play well for us in a season or 2 ...My main worry is his speed, IMO that is his best attribute and he needs to keep it to perform at a high level at this level....So I guess I have some fear the injuries might slow him down...

Back to the hijacking we wouldn't want to dis appoint anyone ...I predict DHB gets 45 snaps against the Jets to help keep them spread out ...

Animated gift up on Steelers Depot its in the second half window look at the FS #24 watch him back out and shade the sideline this gives Brown all the cut back space in the World ..Another great thing I see is all 3 of our WR'S beat their guy on that play ...The deep threat is exactly what took 24 out of the play ,he was on skates going backwards trying not to get beat deep....

Watch that clip it's better than the Surgeon General ....Case Closed ...lol....
