i just don't think he hit that kick well. if it would have been his FG before that one, he would have made it. he hit that one by way more then the 52 it was. that happens at those distances. he's been pretty well down the middle on most, so that is a good thing. he's had practice at our stadium which should fair well as the conditions turn worse. not bad so far though.

He's been reliable on accuracy but he's got for distance.

There's a good number of accurate kickers out there right now kicking 60 yard field goals and Suisham makes a 45 yarder look scary.

I can't complain yet but that's worrisome. raying:

When they signed him I thought it was scott sisson - you know miss 'n sisson. Since then I have thought of him as miss'm suishim. He has done ok though. Seems like he only misses when it really matter, late in games and late in the season.

 

All kickers miss. Janikowski was lucky he got a second chance last week after missing something like a 37 yarder, but a penalty gave him another shot and erased that shank.

Suisham has been very solid this year, with his only miss a 54.8 yarder, that he had right on target but just didn't strike all that great. His previous 52 yarder that game would have made it easily.

Some people act like every kicker out there is kicking 60 yarders regularly. They most likely only see the highlight kicks, not the misses. There have only been 3 60 or 60+ yard FG this year, and all those guys who have made them have at least 3-4 misses this year.
