    yup. defense was soft WITH Shazier. Adding some injury prone dudes and a hybrid safety will not fix it in 1 season, cmon fellas lol. Butler is still Butler. Defense will be good in a couple and like HM mentioned, ben will be gone.

    I have faith in mason lol

    Agreed! Anyone figure out exactly what the contract details were and how much was guaranteed? I’ve heard 3-4 different deals.

    We did come within a game of home field advantage with that soft defense. No reason to think we can't do it again. Let's just get there and see what happens. I think the window is still open a crack.

    Parker was terrible in the passing game. He was nearly useless as a receiver out of the backfield and was nowhere near as good a pass blocker as Bell. He didn't get as many balls thrown his way as Bell because he didn't catch very well and he wasn't particularly good at running routes.
