Whether or not the players are starting to tune Tomlin out, the questions need to be asked. It's unacceptable for a team to come into a game unprepared, let alone for it to happen multiple teams per year. Something is going wrong behind the scenes and it's about damn time Tomlin does his job and fixes it. I don't think he will be able to, which is why I think Tomlin will be gone before his contract is up, but I was trying to appease the large number of people who still believe in Tomlin

Completely irrelevant. That was a different owner and they were different coaches. I can't comment on Noll's time with the Steelers, but I know Cowher was able to fix problems that came up with the team. He didn't allow the team to be negatively affected by the same problems for years and years. If I'm wrong then I'll admit it if/when Tomlin is given another contract extension, but unless he becomes a completely different coach, I believe we will continue to be negatively affected by these same idiotic problems and Tomlin will get himself fired.

Tomlin is too damn arrogant to admit that he needs to look back towards some of these losses we've faced. He keeps saying he doesn't think about our losses and instead he moves on. What a horrible way to coach a team. Lets just ignore all the problems the team has, that's a great way to fix them.

The STEELERS fired their last 2 HCs before Noll.They were Bill Austin 1966-68 .282 win% before him was Mike Nixion 1965 .143 win%.

Dont know about that different owner shaner82 spoke of. Im quite sure the Rooney family has owned the team since 1933.
