That was a dark day for Heinz Field. I wonder how many people face palmed at the same time.

I was at that game and I died laughing. The field was HORRIBLE! I remember after the game on ESPN Steve Young was going OFF about how disgraceful the field was and how we couldn't "learn" anything from that game and crap like that. LOL.

Two years ago we had the stomach bug hit our house it was then that I became a big believer in yogurt. Whether it's called gastroenteritis or ronto virus it is nasty stuff and we have been able to head it off with just giving the kids yogurt. I used to hate the stuff but never again.

And to think there was scorn when there was a chain of messages about steeler socks.

Well it's Sunday morning and lets hope things warm up a bit over the next 5-6 hrs. Right now everything is a sheet of ice. If not, good luck getting to the game and be safe.

Just saw a weather forecast. Although I'm about 250 miles away and my area is getting ready to be hammered by pummeling rain in about 2 hrs and lasting most of the day. The storm itself looks like it will initially travel north of the city of Pittsburgh with these heavy down pours and the game should just be spotty showers and high winds.

Kicking could be an issue. And we all know these games are always close.

I just looked at the most recent hourly forecast and yes, it does seem like most of the rain will be out of here during game time. Looks like a 50/50 shot at this point.

I just checked another weather site and that is one MOTHER OF A STORM! Looks like its growing too. My latest prediction is all bets are off. Enjoy the game. Whatever the weather.

Already building up ice in my neck of the woods.

    Stop it. Stop it now!

Ice buildup almost always = loss of power and/or cable. Better be able to watch my game tonight... :threaten:

(Actually shouldn't be a problem. Supposed to switch to rain and warm up by this evening. But Murphy's Law and all that...)

Yeah Dish Network too! We lose signal right before the storm hits then it comes back on as it's passing through!

All bets are off and who's going to win this game with the weather like this the footing the field Jones should be able to have a good return but if he does our guys won't be able to contain him in the rain
