Nothing wrong with a desire to be great along with a healthy imagination!

    Let the crap-on-fest commence.

In a world of AB'S I'll take Switzer twice on Sunday.

    Just twice?!

I would take him an infinite number of times; concept of time be an afterthought.

I’m rooting for him to be right. I’m expecting him to be wrong.

He might have a point, however, being Ben's security blanket on the comeback tour. He could put up 2000 yards receiving in this offense...if Ben throws to him 286 times.

Ryan Switzer. Master of the “3 yards and a cloud of dust” passing offense. Ok, I jest. I hope he proves us all wrong. I just see nothing dynamic about his game at all.

Just shut up Ryan.. It's annoying enough that we still have to see u in a Steelers jersey because u obviously have some incriminating pics of Ben or something so him saying this just puts his face out there more and seeing his face now is already too much

Ben has his ear I guess.
Maybe if Covid wipes out 15/16s of the other slot receivers... naw, not even then.

When I saw this article I just knew Steelersrule6 would have a thread up :lolol:

There are too many mouths to feed for him to make that kind of impact. Edelman and Wes were main cogs in NE’s offense, they haven’t had a dominant outside receiver since Moss.

    Like the confidence though.

The trouble is nobody explained the game to him. He thought he was doing good on all those punt returns. He caught the ball and ran to our sidelines with it. " here coach I got their ball".

    Switzer comparing himself to Edelman

Is like me comparing myself to Ron Jeremy and John Holmes.

I guessed 7 yards for his average ypc to come up with 286. His career average is 6.4 ypc. So more like 313. He's not as bad as many of the eye tests state from the back-alley optometrists around here.

I like that he has that mindset going into the year. He and Ben had a connection 2 years ago. Switzer is never going to put up huge numbers. But if he can be a solid slot option on 3rd and short he will be a valuable commodity.

Nothing wrong with having confidence if you can back it up, but averaging 4 YPC ain't it, Switzer comparing himself to Edelman is laughable.

Isn't Switzer one of those players that usually falls to the ground at the first point of contact? I seriously doubt he will start setting the league on fire. Nice to have confidence but until he is able to break tackles he will continue to be Bens 3rd or 4th option.

I am not what one would call a handsome man. But I know I'm better looking than either of them. ;)

    Oh... THAT comparison. Yeah....

Yea but if he farted he might actually break a tackle.
