Agree. Kenny should and will get another opportunity as the starter. He hasn’t shown much in the Redzone so far however, even in that Cincy game he was moving the ball well between the 20’s but didn’t throw a TD. They need a lot more from him but a new play caller and system could be transformative for the whole offence

Boy, RC really went out on a limb with this one, didn't he? It's pretty obvious in this QB driven league that EVERYONE needs a franchise QB to really get anywhere these days

You must not be reading this thread or board much. A lot of folks here think we can win or compete for a title with an average QB, or even Rudolph.

They're either in denial or just woke up from a 20 year coma.

I doubt that they could win anything even if they had Mahomes with Tomlin as HC

This is not just for one random game in week 5 when their receiver had drop so many pass in the first half, this is for the long run...Now the ravens are at one home win away to be in the super bowl....

This is possible but and I'm not denying that, but I was talking more about the Eagles' front office than their head coach at that time

Goff had 2 bad years in 2019 and 2020 and Stafford was much better at that time......Goff is much better since 2022.He is as good as he was in 2017 and 2018 before the super bowl

But he is still at best the 5th best QB left in the divisionnal round. The top 4 QB left are all in the AFC and every one of them are difference maker who makes the team much better. The steelers need a QB like that because they are in the AFC and the AFC are loaded at the QB position

The AFC QBs are unreal. Mahomes, Allen, Jackson, Burrow, then you got guys like Stroud, Tua, Herbert. Hell, even Lawrence still has potential.

When is the last time a Tomlin team made a QB better? Easier question, when is the last time a QB regressed in a Tomlin team?

anyone who eyes to see saw over the weekend - you need VERY GOOD QB play to advance far in the playoffs.

we are light years from that

that takes a focused effort from the owner , GM and coaching.

it is just the mediocre middle still for a while, very sad to say.

That's why it was so frustrating watching the last years of Ben's career. Felt like a huge missed opportunity.

A man could make a one hour video on how many things He has said that have proven to be wrong....just like all the other talking heads. People on this board get things right more times than they do.

Or the franchise QB could get the team off to a fast start that would help the defense, instead of waiting until the team falls behind partly because of the QB turnovers. I remember that Chiefs playoff loss a few years ago the Steelers offense punted on like their first 7 possessions, the defense did its job early on got a turnover and a TD.
