Russell Wilson is the Steelers digest player of the week

anybody else going to the parade?

 

I was one of those fans wanting to see Justin Fileds come in on pkgs for this game to help with the short yardage and goal to go situations...... (I am not even going to try to explain the 30+ yard pass on 3rd and 2)

But you can't help but wonder if the Steelers did not mess with Russell Wilson's mojo in Cleveland how would he have done.
1st QTR stats Russ was 7 for 7 with 77 yards passing. That translates to a 28 for 28 game for 308 yards passing.

I will admit that Russell played a hell of a lot better in bad weather than I thought he would. I now have no concerns for Russ playing into December and January in bad weather.

 

Well deserved as our Field General. Just wish he was in there for that 3rd down pass instead of the Gimmick.

I've seen enough of this gadget garbage with Fields. Its going to backfire the more you use him.

 

Russ played well, for sure.

but - let's be honest - our first 3 quarters SUCKED! no TD's again. (that was 7 straight w/o at that point....) I don't care who you are and what QB you are - that is NOT ACCEPTABLE. we are bottom of the league in RZ efficiency. that is not all on Russ - it is on the offense. Coaching and players. it is awful. I like trying to get Pickens the ball down there, and yes, he does get mugged at the goal line and no, they are not calling PI, that is a problem.

We have had RZ problems for it seems like 15 years now!

 

He played in Seattle and Denver. He is not scared of the elements.

He left the field with a perfect beautiful pass to Austin III for the lead. Then they got the Gimmick involved again, Enough of the gadget garbage. Wilson should have been in there on the 3rd down pass.

 

It's his hand size. Something like 10.22, or such. That's bigger than most Qbs....including Bens......now compare that to KFP hand size 8, and 1/2 . LoL

 

I did ask him. Called him up and asked him what the hell you doing? He said look. Glenn depends on these picks so he can post it online!! What was I supposed to do? Let Glenn down?? So I threw a dart and it landed on wilson!! Live with it!!!

 

KFP will rise to stardo!!!! You'll see!
