i will, but you won't listen

the STAT that matters is WINNING.

situational scoring, points, all of that

    but I won't debate w nonsense.

when folks grow up, they realize that stats out of context are meaningless. For example, Mahomes did not have great stats last year. But he has another SB Ring.

    riddle me that, Batman.

So Ben Roethlisberger should have won the MVP his rookie year??? He went 15-1
So we should have just kept K. Pickett???
    Riddle me that Robin.
You do know that Lamar Jackson won games last year he didn't score a single point in......yeah that sounds like MVP. LoL

We've seen our share of foolish deals before, so nothing would surprise me. The main problem with a potential Wilson for Waddle trade is Wilson isn't healthy presently, and now I'm hearing rumors that his leg may be worse than reported. I'm sure even if Wilson was 100% and Miami was willing to make a deal, the Steelers would probably have to throw in at least a 3rd round pick too. Unlikely to happen at any rate

You do realize you can build your team for the future, correct? There's nothing saying Fields is the future at the position but if you don't understand the value of Waddle over a washed up Wilson for the future of the team, I can't help you.

I'm sure he bring some value, but I'm also sure Olson is a lot better. It sucks that he was demoted for a guy who can't do the job as well.

I would like to publicly apologize for even entertaining/arguing such a ridiculous fantasy trade proposal. I'll do better next time.

Same principle for why some fans want him to play. His past.

If your referring to him being traded to Miami there is no way anyone including Miami is going to want him unless he can prove this calf strain is not just his age and father time sneaking up on him.

We actually look decent and people are wanting to kill this team. But those people were around a few months ago saying to trade TJ.

I swear some people are secretly brownfans with a love for draft picks instead of a ring, post season, win games.

Some people don’t understand football and some just want to be miserable

The rest of us want to enjoy Steelers football while recognizing the short comings

This cant be true. If they did trade Wilson now i would expect Tomlin to be included in the transaction. I’ve suspected indifference or incompetency from Tomlin for around 6-7 years now. But something like this would confirm it

You could say this about many NFL players. The risk / reward must be too great for these boneheaded owners.
I can't figure it out, when 3-4 players consume your 53 man roster payroll. Your organization better be able to evaluate talent.

Steelers better keep Wilson if they know what's good for them. I wouldn't trade Wilson unless Dolphins gave up Tyreek Hill in an even trade... no picks given up.

I would want draft picks and Waddle. Tyreek has too much baggage to put on a Steeler uniform.
Could a trade happen? I doubt it.

Wilson is a washed up has been. I’d take a can of spam for him. I think people have lost their damn minds. If someone gave you waddle for him you would take it and run!!

Or… having another strong deep threat could help the other receivers get college-open underneath often enough for Fields to be comfortable pulling the trigger.

Wilson got hurt pushing a sled and can’t even play. I’m smoking reality. Russ was good 5 years ago.
