I think after hearing what Colbert had to say today we may be in the market for two backs. I like Bell but we do need a replacement for Rainey now too. So an all purpose RB or similar type player should be a thought as well. Riddick from ND or someone like that in the 6th or 7th maybe. Check out Robbie Rouse and Kerwynn Williams not to be confused with Sherwin. lol.

i said this before, i'd like an inside guy and an outside guy added. bell and barner would be fine with me.

let's not forget christine michael. he's not a bad back at all. 2 other guys i would consider as the bigger back is zach line from SMU and lonnie pryor from fla.st. both are listed as FB's but they are RB's. jerome was a FB too. so was franco.

I wasn't trying to mislead anyone with his highlight tape.. Just trying to introduce him to the MB for those that aren't very familiar with the college players. Here's Vandy's webpage on the football team. I also have video of press conferences, he's well spoken and a leader.

I don't think 2 RBs would be the way to go...maybe a UDFA...or even a low level FA would be fine...but unless a absolute steal falls...I'd rather use the picks elsewhere

I watched full game tape of him last night against three opponents from 2012 after seeing his highlight reel that Numbah provided. I have to say he's legit, and likely under the radar (potentially only 2nd RB ever to be drafted from Vandy). His lateral agility is somethign splendid and being able to hold a career 5.5 YPC as the sole offensive threat on your team against SEC competition is pretty good! Day 3 sounds about right for a better version of Barron Batch.

The Steelers will definatley be taking a RB in the draft,I don't think
they will resign Mendy. With the Washington Redskins hitting the jack pot in the 6th round
I would say our RB selection wouldn't come until the later rounds. Possibly the 4th,
but no higher. May I say, that this player taken, must be able to play from the get go.
Our needs will not let the Steelers RED shirt this position. Of course they could solve
this problem with a trade, I guess it all depends on how high a priority our running
game will play into the equation with what we will do?

there are alot of decent RB's left even after the draft. i'd draft one and bring in a couple undrafted guys too. i think there's good value in this one. i'd still like to see what haley could do with barner and this new mobile line that we will see. he's alot better guy to run with then rainey. he's more controlled and plays bigger then rainey did.
