If Mason has a good game against the Bills, I will be very impressed. I suspect if he does have a "good" game it will be an efficient game where he does not throw much and we run for a bunch of yards.

I believe it was Brooke Pryor. Cliche gets snippy and usually cuts her off with short answers all the time. She does ask the tough questions on which Popcorn doesn't like. Keep it up girl! Your above all the worms who throw softballs.

Mason saved the season and brought a renewed fire to the offense.

Still waiting to see what the weather does. Right now snow in the morning, but clearing in the afternoon.

If it is dry, then I want to see a few go routes with Austin if Pickens is drawing the DBL team

Steelers and Bills have faced off three times in the playoffs and each time the winner advanced to the SB.

Bill did that with the Bus once, he was injured and I cant remember if it was Amos Z or Pegram that was playing in absence and playing well. I think it was the Pats playoff game, Bus came back in after being out a number of games and moving from the hot hand. First play of the game Bus was stuffed for a loss.

We're at the beginning of that historic 5 year stretch in Steeler history where Mason Rudolph led us to a couple SB victories and allowed MT to ride off into the sunset as one of the great coaches of all time...we just don't know it yet.

I don't remember that one. Rust after being out a while is going to slow any player down, but even more so for quarterbacks because there are so many components to their jobs and they have to process things so quickly.

Great article on Rudolph in the Post-Gazette today. If his football acumen matches his character, the Steelers are going to be in a good spot.

Local sports news people had a sit down interview with him last week

Now naturally I would not expect him to say anything negative

But he seemed genuinely upbeat and complimentary of the Steelers organization and the time he has been here

And he never mentioned his barber ;)

Maybe he’s trying to paint Tomlin as a misogynist?

Only problem is Tomlin is like that with all of them, especially if he feels you asked a stupid question.

Great article! Really gives some context about who Mason is and where he comes from. The article talks about how the Garrett accusation really hurt him which makes me loathe Jussie Garrett even more. Rudolph seems like the genuine article and I’m glad he’s getting his day in the sun. I’ll be rooting for him to ball out no matter where he ends up next year, but I really hope he stays in Pittsburgh.

    Here’s the article…

Good article on Rudolph. Went and found it after @mytake@mytake mentioned it. The part I liked best is quoted below. This should have been mentioned by reporters instead of painting him in a bad light for missing the team gatherings Trubisky would put together in Florida. This is probably where he was. Working out at 3DQB is much more important, thats a great place and apparently has paid off.

Rest of the story can be found here:

I posted it two posts before Blast.

Now I know how Mason feels when Tomlin goes out of his way to coddle Kenny but never gives him any love.
