Leonard threw more ducks in the one half I watched then Ben did in his entire non-injured career.

    Looks interesting.

I know nothing other than the 3 minutes of highlight videos I just scanned. Looks like he might have a hitch in his throwing motion sometimes ala Byron Leftwhich?

Either way....based on the few highlights....sure why not?

Big difference is Leftwich was 1st round draft pick, a team can probably get this guy in the 3rd. I also don't think Leftwich was 6 foot 6, and ran a 440 forty. I personally can't stand running Qbs, but if Your going to get one, at least get a big one.

Close to 300 yards passing 2 passing and 1 ruching touchdown for a 1st start rookie against a playoff defense. I like those ducks

    Looks like Rodgers retired early.

I think we all want a young stud QB that leads this team for the next 15 years, but Aaron Rodgers has been great for this team this season.

The thing that has surprised me the most was how he has embraced this team, his teammates, the amount of emotion and love he shows for playing with those guys, and the amount of extra time he has put in with all these players and the knowledge he has passed on while leading the team. His efforts have far surpassed what I thought they were getting.

Rodgers really showed me something this season, regardless of what happens in the playoffs. He has certainly earned my respect for his efforts here.

I would be ok with it if Rodgers could come back and be a a mentor/ backup our young Qb next year

It has been astounding to see Rodgers change his spots to such a degree. He's not really thrown anyone in front of the bus in the media. He's changed how he plays to a degree. He did ask for them to go get some of us his guys, but he was right, the team needed them.

I really never thought Rodgers could set his ego aside to this degree. Great to see. Good on him.

Rodgers might be the Steelers best option at QB for 2026 go add some more weapons on offense.

That video of Rodgers hugging Tomlin and Heyward and saying thank you says a lot about the possibility of him returning next year

One way or another we could use him

Unless he retires why go elsewhere

A lot will depend on if the Steelers make serious moves to improve

After the game, Rodgers linked up with coach Mike Tomlin on the field and the two shared a sweet emotional moment:

"Thank you for bringing me here," Rodgers told Tomlin.

"You kidding me? Thank you for coming," Tomlin replied.

btw, I'm expecting MIN to go in with a bid for Rodgers (JJ ain't it). Dome team, roots in NFCN, swan song season.

That would be a strange mirror of Favre’s career.

Did he change his spots or were fans just wrong in their perception of him. I say the later.

When I ponder whether I would want him back for 2026, I have to think “which games do I look back on?” The good has been the best QB play we’ve had since Ben. The bad was pretty bad.

I just want to take it week by week right now. Hopefully we’ll have more than just one more week to see him play.

If Rodgers came back next year he would likely be playing with a much more talented team, re-sign Gainwell and add two receivers to the offense.

Dunno. Based on everything that happened over almost 2 decades in GB and the dumpster fire that was the Jets, it really looked and felt like ego.

Remember, Rodgers did not leave GB over money or because the Packers were looking to switch to Love. He left because the coach asked him to play a certain way (the way that just helped him win an MVP award) and Rodgers said thanks but no thanks I want out...

    It did not.

But I stand by the observation that first half Rodgers looked almost disinterested in playing. Something lit a fire under his butt. Or the icy hot kicked in.

Malik Willis in Matt LaFleur’s hands is like a paint roller in DaVinci’s hand. The guy can make art with just about anything. Malik Willis in our system will just be an overpaid paint roller

This team loves them some Aaron Rodgers.

Id say most of the negative things written about him over his career have been horse****.

All of that makes sense, but also would surprise me. I think if he plays again, it will be for the Steelers.
