    How did they get the mouse to pick its nose, is what I want to know?

    If it just takes research then why did the team picking them wait till the 6th round? Those kinds of players you pick in round 1.

    Same applies. If it takes only research and development why wait to round six for an elite player?

    Fact is no one can say what factors lead to elite play otherwise the same formula could be applied to any player.
