    Don Shula. Dead at 90. Winningest in the NFL! I always liked him, heaven just got another brilliant football mind!

    Glad he got to see his team be the only undefeated NFL team while he was alive. Have another toast of Champaigne in heaven Mr. Shula.

    Just saw the news myself this morning. I only have read about Mr. Shula but have never seen him coach via games. I do remember reading though that the Dolphins were among the powerhouse AFC Teams of the 70s. Sad to see him go but at least he passed away in peace. For that matter, Mr. Shula, may your soul rest in peace and find happiness; where ever that may be. :drinks:

    I agree, always liked him. Football legend and only coach to ever achieve perfection.

    With those early 70s teams, all they had to do was hand the ball to Czonka or Kiick. I always wished that the Steelers had had Czonka!
