Just thought I would say goodbye to one of Hollywood's real stars. a woman who defined beauty grace, and yet had that fiery personality that could go one on one with John Wayne. Her movies were all delightful to watch and never a waste of time. If you have never watched an old movie with Maureen in it, I suggest renting one. The Quiet Man and McClintock are solid ones with John Wayne, there is also one of my personal favorites the Spanish Main and the one everyone would know the Original Parent Trap with Haley Mills. The world has lost yet another true movie star, you will be missed.

I'll best remember her for her role in Miracle on 34th Street.

    RIP, Maureen.

    RIP.

Loved The Quiet Man. And she was always great no matter what she appeared in.

I'll always remember her for McLintock (mainly because my folks watched that movie so damn much). I forgot she was in the Parent Trap. She was quite lovely. RIP.

I love vintage Hollywood. I always hate when one of these classic actresses or actors die. Grace Kelley or Vivian Leigh are probably my two favorites.
